Description

The 15 cm/55 SK C/28 is a German 150 mm naval cannon. It was developed in the mid 1930s and used extensively during World War II.

The 15 cm/55 SK C/28 fired 150 mm rounds at a maximum range of over 22 km and could fire up to 6 rounds per minute. The gun was highly regarded for its accuracy and long-range capabilities. It was used in a variety of combat scenarios during World War II, including in the Atlantic and Arctic theaters. The gun was particularly effective against enemy cruisers and destroyers, and was used to devastating effect during the Battle of the Denmark Strait in 1941.
